River Ouest is designed in a landscaped site of 6 acres intended to one or several tenants and featuring a capacity of splitting into 8 independent buildings linkable or not. 3 main wings are facing the Seine river and open towards 2 gardens. Facades are built of clear glass, polished concrete slabs and aluminum mullions.
An isolated building is dedicated to services and restaurants.
This complex is emblematic of Bezons renovation across from the Seine River, and the buildings scalewise are well inlaid into he existing urban fabric.
